Turbo blades are cut back to reduce a turbines speed, and to improve the airflow resulting in better performance at both lower and high end engine revs typical of higher performance cars.
Using specialist milling techniques we are able to undertake reprofiling of compressor and turbine housing to improve performance. Reprofiling can also be undertaken to increase wear resistance.
Larger compressor wheels and turbine wheels can be fitted to increase performance.
Polishing of compressor housings interior to improve airflow and increase boost as well as compressor housings exterior for improved appearance can be undertaken.
Roller bearing conversions can increase spooling and provide the type of performance associated with high end units without the price tag.
